Asian Tofu Salad with Carrot Ginger Dressing
This is a super clean dish that will satisfy your corner-deli cravings without giving you a greasy work shirt or a sugar crash! Crunchy romaine lettuce is topped with red bell peppers, watermelon radishes, grape tomatoes, crunchy cucumbers, and scallions. We top that off with delicious marinated tofu. Served with black sesame seeds and a side of our delicious grated carrot-ginger dressing.
Ps. Do you notice that our salads are served... upside down? Yes, we know! This helps insure that the greens stay light and crispy. It's like packing a grocery bag, kale and lettuce shouldn't go on the bottom. A few ideas: you can either poor on dressing, put the lid on, shake the box like crazy, and chow down on a nicely tossed salad OR you can go ahead and flip that salad right side up into a bowl or onto a plate, and top if off with the included dressing.
